Platt Park is a south-central neighborhood bounded by Mississippi Avenue, Evans Avenue, Downing Street, and Broadway. The majority of the homes here are bungalows and townhomes. Due to its close proximity to Washington Park and walking distance to a multitude of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops it has become increasingly popular over recent years. Platt Park is also minutes from the light rail that will bring you into downtown Denver in 10-15 minutes. According to Niche’s 2021 article it is ranked #18 (out of 75) Best Neighborhoods to Live in Denver.
