Morgan, or also referred to as Morgan’s Subdivision Historic District, is a quaint, small neighborhood adjacent to Cheesman Park, Denver Botanic Gardens, and Congress Park. It is bounded by Josephine, 9th Avenue, Race and 8th Avenue. Homes here were predominantly built between 1910 and 1930 therefore the styles are Classic Revival, Mediterranean Revival, and Tudor homes. Morgan’s Addition is mostly occupied by families and couples.
