Located in southeast Denver is the triangle-shaped neighborhood, University Hills. It is bounded by S Colorado Boulevard, S Valley Highway, and US Highway 285. It is a quieter neighborhood featuring mainly single-family ranch homes and two-story homes. University Hills is home to Eisenhower Park and features a light rail station that allows for an easy commute to Downtown Denver and Denver Tech Center.
