Virginia Village is bounded on the north by E Mississippi Avenue, on the east by Cherry Creek, on the south by Evans Avenue, and on the west by South Colorado Boulevard. It is a quiet, suburban neighborhood consisting of mostly families that features mid-century modern homes and newer contemporary homes. Virginia Village is a short driving distance to many parks such as Coor Park Recreation Center, as well as the large shopping centers in Cherry Creek. Though historically not a walkable area, we expect this to slowly change. In December 2018 the Denver City Council approved the development plan of walkable blocks that would include offices, restaurants, stores and a hotel.
