Baker is a trendy, diverse neighborhood in the city of Denver bounded by 6th Avenue, Lincoln Street, Mississippi Avenue, and South Platte River. In an effort to preserve the charm and historic characteristics of this neighborhood, Baker was granted the Historic District title in 2020. This urban neighborhood has now become a hotspot due to its close proximity to the bountiful amount of shops and eateries on Broadway street, and was crowned the 14th (out of 75) best neighborhoods in Denver to live in Niche’s 2021 article.
