Located just north of the RiNo Art District is Globeville. It is bounded by Inca Street, 52nd Avenue, and South Platte River. Previously known as being one of Denver’s most affordable neighborhoods, Globeville is seeing a massive amount of development potentially changing the current cost of living. The next biggest large-scale development plan is Fox Park, which will be home to a hotel, 330K square feet of creative office space, 34K square feet of retail, 80K square feet of culture & entertainment space, and 14 acres of park/open space.
