The Iota Fox Station, a 5-story, 148 unit apartment building will be opening up its doors this summer in Globeville.

Developed by Highland Development Company and designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, this transit oriented project sits just 1 block from the 41st & Fox light rail station.

The Iota sits at the corner of W 41st Avenue & Elati Street, one block from Fox Street and four blocks from the highly anticipated Fox Park Development that will bring 6.4 million square feet across 41 acres to the Globeville neighborhood.

The Iota will feature a mixture of studios, one and two bedroom apartments along with a state of the art fitness center, coworking spaces, community rooms and sky deck with breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline.

Rental rates for the units haven't been announced yet. According to Apartments.com, rental rates in the area for studios fall between $1,500-$1,750, 1-bedrooms between $1,750-$2,000, while a 2-bedroom unit can command up to $2,800.
