1395 SB BL LLC purchased the site in 2009 for $700,000. Since then, the site has operated as Davidson Motors and most recently, Unlimited Motors.
Redevelopment of the site seems like a no-brainer considering the current improvements consist of a 700 square foot office building and 975 square foot trailer.
Plans call for a 5,686 square foot food/beverage retail space along the ground floor which will share the intersection with Thrive Real Estate Group, Azari Rug Gallery and Mercer Place Clothing Store.
In total, the project will consist of 47,319 square feet, which results in an average unit size of around 700 square feet.
