Their arrival marks a key milestone for Fox Park, a 41-acre project that aims to transform a former industrial site into one of Denver’s most innovative new districts.

Once complete, Fox Park will feature over 2,000 residential units, 1 million square feet of office, retail, and hotel space, and 14 acres of parks and open areas.
