Fox Park’s $4.5 billion vision is officially moving forward.
URWLD, a new sports adventure hub blending action sports, technology, and immersive experiences, has been announced as the first major tenant at the massive redevelopment in the neighborhood, Globeville.
Their arrival marks a key milestone for Fox Park, a 41-acre project that aims to transform a former industrial site into one of Denver’s most innovative new districts.
Once complete, Fox Park will feature over 2,000 residential units, 1 million square feet of office, retail, and hotel space, and 14 acres of parks and open areas.
The project will also include a public amphitheater, art installations, and vibrant community gathering spaces, all designed with a strong focus on sustainability, green infrastructure, and accessible public transportation.
Located just north of RiNo and minutes from downtown Denver, Fox Park is envisioned as a self-contained urban ecosystem that seamlessly blends living, working, and entertainment with expansive green spaces and cultural amenities.
URWLD’s announcement signals early momentum for a project that has been years in the making.
