The Universal Church was demolished last year, clearing the way for redevelopment. Now, concept plans have been submitted for a 22-unit townhome project on the site.

The proposal calls for three-story townhomes with 44 garage spaces, designed to blend with the surrounding Hilltop neighborhood.
