The Blazing Bird, a Nashville influenced hot chicken restaurant is bringing its spicylicious chicken to Aurora. Currently, the company has one location in Arvada next to King Soopers. The newest location will be in the Shops At Fitzsimons strip mall at 13700 E Colfax Ave. The new location will be right next to Chipotle, replacing Caribou Coffee who plans to move out soon.

We haven't tried The Blazing Bird yet, but we took a look at the menu and their buttered bun + breast fillet "Early Bird" sandwich has us ready to jump in the car to head over to Arvada.
