According to the marketing material, Starbuck's lease will begin in May of this year. However, the final build out may delay the initial opening until later in the summer.

Boston Market, once headquartered in Golden has reportedly struggled for years due to mismanagement. According Restaurant Business Online, Boston Market had 300 locations in 2023 and has been closing numerous restaurant since then.

The closures come either because landlords are evicting Boston Market over unpaid bills, or because state officials are shutting down restaurants over unpaid sales taxes or other issues. There are currently no remaining Boston Market stores in Colorado.
