One of Denver's most beloved cannabis brands "The Lodge" is selling all three of their Denver dispensary's and grow houses for a cool $6,000,000.
Founded in 2015, The Lodge has managed to become vertically integrated by growing their own strains out of three grow houses in Denver. This has allowed them to become a fan favorite with over 60 strain options for medical and recreational users.
The Lodge at 3944 High Street is located in the Cole neighborhood and features 2,200 square feet with a retail license. The length remaining on this lease could not be uncovered, however we anticipate a growth in sales at this location considering the influx of residents to the area from recent and planned development.
The Lodge at 200 E Yale Avenue is located in the Goldsmith/Hampden neighborhood and features 1,300 square feet with both a retail and medical license. Reportedly, The Lodge is in the process of buying the building which will expand the dispensary to 5,000 square feet.
The Lodge at 82 S Federal Blvd is located in the Valverde/Barnum neighborhood and features 1,450 square feet with a retail license. Noted as the Lodge's most profitable store with sales of $6.3m recorded in 2020.
On the equipment side, each dispensary will come with 4 points of sale, 2 large safes, 2 office computers, 1 snap scanner and 2 brother printers.
Along with three retail locations, the sale will include three cultivation operations:
- 110 N Yuma Street (14,000 square feet)
- 890 Navajo Street (9,800 square feet)
- 12585 E 39th Avenue (9,980 square feet)
With a large and loyal fan base, we hope this will be a turn key sale with the new owners maintaining the quality and service demonstrated over the past 8 years.
