With lake, park and mountain views, it was only a matter of time before new development came to Rocky Mountain Lake Park. At the Eastern border of the lake along W 47th Ave, we find 19 townhomes developed by RedT Homes nearing completion.

redT, which stands for real estate Denver Team was founded in 2014 by Nathan Adams and has grown to a team of over 25 employees. According to their website, they provide development, architecture, acquisitions, zoning & planning, project feasibility analysis, property management and brokerage services all under one roof.

As of last week, redT reports 4 of the 19 homes have already presold and are anticipating more closings before the projects completion.

The townhomes consist of 6 different floor plans ranging from 1,390 to 1,539 square feet. Each home includes 3 stories that consist of 2-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private garage and roofdeck with a hot tub.
