This funding will facilitate the development of 54 innovative LiteHomes and LiteDuos at the picturesque Howard Ranch location off Hyatt Lake in Arvada. Prospective homeowners can look forward to moving into these sustainable homes as early as the summer of 2026.

Spanning an impressive 13 acres, the Howard Ranch site is designed with an integrated approach to nature. In addition to the innovative housing units, significant portions of the land will remain as open spaces.
