2001 N York Street

A two-story office building at the corner of 20th & York has received a proposal for a transformative redevelopment. You may recognize its circular bubble windows from sitting in traffic on the highly traveled York Street. This significant plot, directly across from City Park, is set to undergo a transformation into condominiums.

The office is currently home to Denver Caterers, Event Rentals Denver Colorado and PHM Robinson & Associates.

In the place of the old, a new development is poised to rise, featuring six townhouses and three accessory dwelling units (ADUs). This project is designed to cater to a diverse demographic, offering a mix of housing options that blend seamlessly with the neighborhood's architectural charm and the city's forward-thinking approach to community living.

Each condo is expected to contain 3-bedrooms with approximately 1,800 square feet, making it suitable for families.

City Park, once dominated by older, architectural significant office buildings has seen a vast redevelopment wave over the past decade. This proposal continues that trend and will soon welcome 6 new families.
