Last month, the owner of this 1,324 square foot auto body building submitted a proposal to construct a 4-story, 43-unit apartment building.
We first noticed this property last year when it went on the market for sale for $3,100,000. The building is still for sale, however it appears the owner submitted building plans to better entice potential developers.
We anticipate redevelopment of this site in the near future considering we recently announced 26 townhomes on the way to 5785 W 38th Avenue along with Denver's beloved Huckleberry Roasters bringing another location to 5990 W 38th Avenue.
