The 2.03 acre corner lot at the intersection of Federal Blvd & W 56th Street in Berkley will soon welcome a new Maverik Gas Station & Convince Store. The property was formerly occupied by Arcades Video store who have since vacated, leaving the property a prime subject for redevelopment.

Maverik currently has 11 locations throughout the Denver Metro. According to building plans, the convivence store will be 4,413 square feet accompanied by 12 regular gas pumps, 6 diesel pumps and approximately 47 parking spaces.

Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2022 with an estimated completion date in late 2023.
