A new Jack in the Box establishment is on the horizon for Denver residents. The fast-food chain has proposed a location at the 15,625 square-foot plot situated at the corner of E Colfax and Williams Street directly across from another popular fast-food outlet, Taco Bell.

Previously, the site was improved with a single-story car wash building, which was demolished in 2015. This piece of real estate is zoned C-MS-5, making it suitable for commercial and mixed-use purposes.

Jack in the Box, known for its delectable range of chicken dishes, shakes, and burgers, has a growing presence in Colorado with 17 other locations spread throughout the state.

Although the proposal has generated excitement and concern among residents, construction is not slated to start immediately. Given that the plan is still in its preliminary stages, ground-breaking activities are anticipated to commence in 2024.
