Today we head over to the Hale section of the city where two multifamily buildings consisting of 16 units are set to be demolished and replaced by a 73-unit multifamily structure.
The site consist of two parcels in between E Hale Parkway, N Ash Street, E 12th Avenue and N Bellaire Street.
Currently, 1194 N Ash Street is improved with a 6,320 square foot multifamily building built in 1948, while 1181 Bellaire Street is improved with a 9,785 square foot multifamily building built in 1949.
Once the project is complete, the new address will become 4225 E Hale Parkway.
According to public records, both buildings were purchased by Narrate Companies in December 2020 for $3,800,000.
The site has an excellent location adjacent Colorado Blvd and the 9+CO redevelopment where Trader Joes, AMC and countless retail shops are located.
The proposed development will be called Frameline and will provide 73 new apartments featuring one and two bedroom units with secure onsite parking.
Frameline will feature tenant storage units, a dog wash and a 1,700 square foot fitness center.
"Frameline apartments is the latest boutique living experience from Narrate and will be a unique offering in a supply constrained submarket with an abundance of amenities and employers nearby" - Adam Fenton, Principal of Narrate
We love the renderings and think this will be a great replacement to the outdated 70+ year old buildings currently upon the site.
We'll be sure to check back with any updates!
