Today in Lakewood we visit Saulsbury Row, a luxury townhome development located at the intersection of Saulsbury Street & W 13th Avenue, two blocks from the Lakewood-Wadsworth light rail station.

According to the The Legend Co's website, the townhomes are projected to be completed by the end of this year and will be exclusively listed by Castle Rock Real Estate & Development for around $500,000.

We've seen an increasing number of construction starts and proposals happening in Lakewood that we'll cover in the upcoming weeks but we're definitely excited to see how this project will gel with the neighborhood once complete.
