Today we visit Cherry Creek where new development seems to be at every corner. 454 Milwaukee Street, in between 4th & 5th Avenue will soon welcome a high-end duplex by Dublin Development.

Founded in 2008 by Jae Edwards and Shawn Bookout, Dublin Development runs a 5 person team and focuses on single-family, multi-family and mixed-use development throughout Colorado.

454 Milwaukee will include 2 units, each with 3,900 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two-car garage and roof deck. Once complete, the units will command an asking price of $2.4M and 2.6M. According to Dublin, 454 Milwaukee will be complete in February of 2022 and they have plans to construct four more duplexes in Chery Creek expected to break ground at the end of this year.

This development will be a nice addition to Milwaukee St and a perfect compliment to the single-family home constructed in 2016 next door at 468 Milwaukee St.

This section of Milwaukee wasn't always luxury. Lets take a peak back to 2015 when 454 and 468 Milwaukee consisted of much smaller residences.

454 & 468 Milwaukee St in 2015

According to public records, both 454 & 468 Milwaukee were purchased in 2016 for $1,283,333 by a single entity. As demand for larger housing continues, we expect to see more smaller homes sell for development purposes in the foreseeable future.
