The seventh Life Time in Colorado opens its doors today in Wheat Ridge!

"With a waitlist surpassing 13,000 membership inquiries," says Dan DeBaun, Public Relations Manager for Life Time. "This facility is approaching the most highly anticipated for the company to-date."

Boasting a massive 111,000 square feet, this three-story facility provides a variety of health and wellness amenities with their mission being accessibility for "90 days old or 90 years old".

Their impressive LifeCafe provides opportunity to balance fitness with diet, and is said to not only be one of their largest cafe's to-date, but also provides a wide variety of healthy snacks for purchase.

On the third floor is where customers will find state of the art gym equipment. From the multitude of machines available, free weights, and bountiful cardio machines, the facility is prepared to meet all needs even during rush hours.

For those interested in guidance throughout their health journey or for a more intentional workout, Life Time also offers personal training and provides an Olympic weight training section.

With the increase in popularity that Pickleball has had over the past few years, Life Time promises to meet those demands with 7 Pickleball courts. Located on the 3rd floor will be three indoor courts with mountain views, and there are also four outdoor courts!

This facility has 6 class studios and will be offering more than 130 classes each week consisting of Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, Barre and more!
