Kenai Capital Advisors is proud to announce the addition of Canyon Law to its Investment Sales Team.

Canyon joins the firm as a Director, bringing extensive expertise in office investment sales across Colorado and the Mountain West. His deep industry knowledge and principal-side experience will help clients navigate today’s dynamic and often complex office market.

Over the course of his career, Canyon has overseen more than $1.7 billion in transactions across various stages of the investment lifecycle.

A Colorado native, he brings more than seven years of experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, development, and asset management. He has worked with a range of clients, including institutional investors, family offices, and private equity firms.

Canyon began his career at PGIM Real Estate in Los Angeles, underwriting and closing debt investments nationwide. He then joined Onni Group, where he played a vital role in sourcing and closing high-profile office and mixed-use acquisitions in major markets such as Los Angeles, San Diego, and Chicago.

Later, Canyon led the U.S. expansion for Vancouver-based development firm Rize Properties, where he successfully sourced, capitalized, and executed multifamily development projects. Most recently, he served as an asset manager at Knightbridge Capital in Denver, one of the market’s most active office buyers, managing a portfolio of both office and multifamily assets.

With his broad experience and strategic insights, Canyon is a valuable addition to Kenai Capital Advisors as the firm continues to expand its reach in the commercial real estate sector.
