If you ever traveled on the Light Rail via Belleview Station, then you'll recognize the 3.91 acre vacant lot on Union Avenue in-between Niagara & S Newport Street.

Currently, plans are under review for a monumental development boasting high end apartments and a massive supermarket on the ground floor.

Plans call for a 19 story tower along side a second 20 story tower consisting of over 838,000 square feet of building area and 705 apartment units.

Global architecture firm, Gensler will be designing the project. Gensler is renowed for their design work on the Shanghai Tower, The Tower at PNC Plaza and Denver's very own Westin Den Hotel at Denver Airport.

The major piece to tie this building together is the over 25,000 square feet of supermarket space being built directly on the ground floor.

We think prospective vendors to fill the space could be Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, or Whole Foods giving residents and neighbors alike convenient access to premium grocers. DTC, known for having a multitude of businesses, eateries, and convention centers, will be at the fingertips to residents of 6700 Union Ave.
