Today we head to Sloan Lake where Grays Development is preparing to break ground on a 67-unit project at the corner of Sheridan Blvd and W 17th Avenue named Edgewater Flats.
Directly across from Sloan Lake lies a two block development site beginning from the corner of Sheridan Blvd and W 17th Avenue to the corner of Sheridan Blvd and Annie Place.
Grays Development is a Colorado based real estate and investment firm specializing in land and multifamily investments with projects in Littleton, Denver and Colorado springs.
Edgewater Flats will consist of 67 units with a mix of 27 studio, 28 1-bedroom and 12 2-bedroom units. Each unit will consist of luxury finishes, in-unit laundry, hvac, on-site storage and outdoor community space.

Construction on Edgewater Flats is expected to begin the Q1 of 2023, with an anticipated completion taking place 16-19 months after project commencement.
With the addition of 67 luxury units, we expect the delivery of Edgewater Flats to positively effect the booming market around Sloan Lake and compliment the recently developed Alta Sloan's Lake directly across the street.
