Redevelopment of Denver's Highlands shows no signs of slowing down with a new proposal to redevelop a 95 year old multifamily building along 32nd Street.
Hidden behind an overgrown landscape, the site is currently improved by a two-story multifamily building originally constructed in 1928. The property most recently changed hands in late 2021 for just over $1.5 million.
The proposal outlines a 10,063 square foot, 5-story apartment building, with a total of 33 for rent units. The proposed development will incorporate sublevel parking, along with the addition of private roof decks for the penthouse units.
As this proposed project moves through the planning and approval stages, it joins a long list of proposals and on-going development in the Highlands. Construction is estimated to begin May of 2024. Stay tuned as we track the progress of this proposal.
