Denver-based Alpine Investments, in partnership with New Jersey-based Ironstate Development, is planning to construct a 23-story, 297-unit apartment building at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Cherokee Street in the Golden Triangle neighborhood.
The proposed structure, one of several planned projects in the neighborhood, will replace two small office buildings while preserving the unique retail building known as Cherokee Row, which includes, Chairs Lady and Parkway Real Estate as tenants.
The building is set to break ground in the near future, with an expected completion date in Q4 2025. Alpine Investments also revealed plans to redevelop the Cherry Cricket property in Cherry Creek, which was bought along with a neighboring parcel in June for $25 million.
