Today we visit Uptown Denver where a 7-story, 124 unit apartment building is proposed at the corner of 17th Ave and Pennsylvania Street.
Currently, this property is improved with a 55-space parking lot that charges a daily rate of $8.
This lot was purchased by 1700 Penn LLC on September 4, 2018 for a $4,230,000.
This 7-story apartment building can be constructed as of right due to the current C-MS-8 zoning which permits mixed-use buildings with a maximum of 8-stories.
This 124 unit development will compliment the recently constructed AMLI at Uptown which delivered 316 units to the adjacent parcel in 2019.
Our investigation found that Brown Collective Architecture will be designing the project, however we were unable to uncover renderings and buildings plans. We'll be sure to check back with updates once final plans and designs are revealed.
