A 55-year old office building at the corner of Cook Street and 2nd Avenue will soon be transformed into a 251,800 square foot, 110 unit apartment building known as Modera Cook Street.

Developed in collaboration between Mill Creek, known for their Modera residences, BG Building Works and Oz Architecture.

This section of Cherry Creek is heating up with new development and is set to perfectly compliment a new mixed-use building breaking ground later this year at the corner of 2nd & Adams.

Spanning 0.89 acres, this five-story marvel promises an exclusive living experience with all the bells and whistles expected in a luxury building.  Accompanying these units is a well-structured parking facility designed to accommodate 165 vehicles, ensuring convenience and accessibility for residents and visitors.
