1800 Federal Blvd

The 0.43 acre lot at the corner of Federal Blvd and W 18th Avenue will soon welcome a 5 story, 110 room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.

The proposed hotel will be directly to the West of Empower Field, which will make it the closest hotel to the stadium.

Denver residents may remember the Burger King that was previously upon the site. However, Burger King was demolished in 2019 shortly before selling to "First & Goal LLC" for $2,500,000 in 2020.

The general contractor on the project is Bristlecone Construction, a Colorado based contractor focused on institutional, commercial and multifamily projects ranging from $500k to $80M.

Known projects from Bristlecone include "Cirrus" a 292-unit apartment building located two blocks from 1800 Federal Blvd at 1590 Grove Street. Another popular Bristle development includes the Cat Bird boutique Hotel located at 3770 Walnut Street in RiNo.

With construction already in full swing, completion is expected by late 2023 or early 2024.
