The former service station building and most recently Moe's Original Barbeque location along N Broadway is set to be reconfigured into a new Luke & Company Pet Supplier super store.

For over a decade, this single story retail building was occupied by Moe's Original Bar B Que until closing in 2020 and consolidating to a single location at 3295 S Broadway in Englewood.

Prior to being a Bar B Que hot spot, this was a long standing service station accommodating the many travelers of Broadway.

Luke & Company Fine Pet Supply & Outfitter, which currently operates about a block away at 430 Broadway purchased the site in 2020 with plans of expansion.

Luke & Company offers various pet supplies, equipment, grooming and same day delivery.

Rather than demolishing the building for an apartment complex, CEO, Luke Johnson plans to renovate the current structure, while adding a second story addition that will bring the store to 6,500 square feet.

The new location wont be just another typical pet supply store, according to a piece by What Now Denver, Luke aims to preserve the old service station feel of the store by adding a 1953 pickup truck and gas pumps inside the building.

The project appears to still be in the pre-development phase with the City, so we aren't expecting a grand opening until early 2023. We'll be sure to check back with any updates until then!
