3300 & 3380 East Colfax Avenue

The Colfax corridor is set to welcome a fresh redevelopment plan for 3300 and 3380 East Colfax Avenue, right across from Denver’s historic Bluebird Theater.

3300 & 3800 East Colfax Avenue

Initially proposed as a five-story, 88-unit project two years ago, the plan has evolved to incorporate two buildings of six and three stories, respectively, and will now house a total of 80 residential units.

This revised proposal reflects developers’ vision to blend modern living spaces with active street-level retail.
