Mendocino Farms, a California-based restaurant chain specializing in soups, salads, and sandwiches, is opening its first Colorado location in the brand new office building at 320 Fillmore Street in Cherry Creek.
Mendocino Farms will occupy 3,000 square feet along the first floor, next to the future location of a women's clothing boutique, Garbarini, which has signed a lease for the larger ground floor retail space.
Other teanants within the building include Mission Hill Hospitality on the fourth floor, Konvoy Venture Capital Firm, and Cobbs Allen Capital.
Mendocino Farms has not released an opening date, however we anticipate an opening closing to the end of the year.
