As the East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project kicks off this month, developments along the route are accelerating, including the highly anticipated Fitzsimons Gateway Multifamily project at 12100 E. Colfax Avenue.

Located at the bustling corner of Colfax and Peoria Street in Aurora, across from UCHealth University Hospital and Children’s Hospital, this six-story development promises to bring new life and density to the area.

The Fitzsimons Gateway, developed by Norris Design and BMC Investments, will cover 181,201 square feet and offer 210 residential units, including 171 one-bedroom and 39 two-bedroom apartments.
